Night Shift Carers

We are recruiting for Night Shift Carers to join our wonderful team here at Mossview. 

The role involves providing quality care for our elderly residents, and ensuring that they each retain their dignity and individuality. You’ll also be involved in the general activities of the home, as well as maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members and visitors.

Applicants will have a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment and be willing to participate in Vocational Training Programmes.  Applicants should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable working in a team. 

The positions are for 12 hours per week (4 days on, 4 days off)  which boast competitive rates of pay and a wonderful working environment.

Back Shift Carers

We are recruiting for Back Shift Carers to join our wonderful team here at Mossview.

Domestic Assistants 

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within our Home, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times.

Applicants should be team players, with good communication skills, verbal and written.  Experience working with the elderly within a caring environment would be advantageous but is not essential for this role. Satisfactory PVG Disclosure will apply to this post. 

This role is part time for 20 hours a week, with a competitive rate of pay. Please do get in touch for more information.

 


Care Assistant Position 

We are also recruiting for experienced, friendly Care Assistants to come and join our team. The role entails ensuring that the provision of dignified, person-centred care for elderly residents is maintained to the highest level.  As well as looking after the care needs of our residents, you will be involved in the general activities of the home and will be expected to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members and visitors.

Applicants must have previous experience and a genuine interest in supporting elderly residents within a caring environment. A willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes would be ideal.  Applicants should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable working as part of a friendly team.  An NVQ in care is not necessary for this post though it would be an advantage.  Satisfactory PVG checks apply to this role and registration with SSSC is required.
